if ur their mother than thats alittle..idk..mean?but then again u might not be able to afford so many gifts for EIGHT kids..for the 8 y/o girl i suggest something like a bratz makeup doll(the kind that its just a big head and u put makeup on it and do its hair)for the 10 y/o girl get her some kool jewelry or a purse, for the 12 y/o girl get her some starter makeup kits(unless u let her wear alot of makeup)and for the 14 y/o girl how bout an ipod or a gift certificate to the mall?for the 1 y/o boy i dont think he cares much..for the 3 y/o just a cool little insturment type toy,for the 13 y/o a video game or movie?and for the 19 y/o a halo 3 video game would be good..or a movie(boys r easier cuz their not really different at ages 13-19)good luck and happy holidays!OH and for the 14 year old girl...get her a magazine subscription to fun mags like Seventeen(about $8)Cosmo girl(about $5)J-14(about $15)or M or Bop or anything girly or that has celeb gossip(thats fun and entertaining)

If you have a Target nearby stop there and go nuts in the dollar section., or try the dollar store. Be careful of ANYTHING made in China though as you don't want anyone getting sick.

Or get some little gift sacks for .25 from Wal-Mart and fill them up with Chapstick, lip gloss, Hot Wheels, small ball, Barrel of Monkey's, some card games, stickers, temporary tattoos, stationary, pens, pencils, crayons, books, coloring books, finger paints, ornaments, small non-breakable picture frame, nail polish, little motorcycles, ABC and 123 magnets, those little plastic things that you wind up and watch them jump around, make-up, play jewelry, pins, things for their hair, etc.

Seriously....I'd just do little goodie gift bags with little gifts that add up to $15.

For any of them, you can get a nice Performance Fleece shirt from Old Navy or a comfy pair of cute pajama bottoms.

For the teens, I would buy gift cards. Since you're on a budget, buy cards for places where $15 actually buys something and where there's a large selection--Walmart, Target, Best Buy (you can easily get a DVD for under $15), Circuit City, Barnes and Noble (if they like books), etc. Best Buy and Target have some really cute cards. You can get them online with no shipping charges.

For the younger girls, think about a kid-oriented makeup or manicure set like this:

(You can get better bang for your buck in the beauty section at Walmart, Target, etc.)

Definitely check out the upcoming deals this Black Friday--you'll probably find something for everyone just browsing through the ads.

Here's a link to Amazon.com's outlet toys:

For the one-year-old, you can probably spend less than $15. There's all sorts of cute toys for babies; if you are worried about buying toys from China (most of the less expensive stuff is made there), buy toys that aren't painted, such as stuffed animals. Something like this is pretty cute:

For the three-year-old, the new line of Planet Heroes from Fisher-Price is really cute, and becoming very popular.

I agree that Hot Wheels Monster Jam toys are really cool.

it is not a foul concept, yet why do not you look on the products, save the money they are nicely worth away, and between now and yule purchase them if there's a deal on. That way you will definately have the money to purchase the promises, and perchance even save some money.
