It's a scam. You will lose any money you give to the person. Drop all communications with them. Hope you haven't given them any of your personal information as far as bank accounts.

Pay rs 35000 to the person and then u can forget about your money ( 35,000 ) No lottery organisation takes courier charges from the winners.
this is a clear case of scam to loot 35,000 rupees from you and other people like you who respond to such messages and give out their personal details to unknow persons.
Tell me, can u ever win a lottety/raffle without participating in it, i mean, without buying a lottery/raffle ticket. Did u participate inthis particular lotter , if not how could u beleive that you have won a prize.
secondaly how can there be a customs duty on a letter or a drafts .
and u were nice enough to give your cell number also.
congratulations on being so intellegent.
This is a pure SCAM, DONT FALL FOR IT. As per E mails received I have already won more than a few hundred lotteries, I just see the mail and delete it. thats what should be sone with such mails.

it is false they just want to ****** you in so you would give them all of your information it is spam and I really don't know how to get rid of it but it is getting annoying and someone needs to do something about it. Basically if you haven't entered yourself into a lottery you didn't win anything.. If you know that you don't have some uncle in another country that just died then you are not an executor of his inheritance or his will. I live in America and I always get these stupid emails where some Habibi dude from Habibi land died and they want me to be the executor of his estate supposedly its some attorney and he is my uncle or something blah blah.
just email this one dude and give him all of my information like where I live and my phone number full name and everything. Yeah right like I would do that! hell no!! ok well just don't get suckered into it. Delete it hit spam do something to keep blocking them it is all false its a big scam!

The answers above are correct. It is to fool people into giving them money, you get nothing in return.

It's a scam. Forward it to www.cybertip.org, which is the FBI cybercrimes unit.
