My brother wants to play QB and he's a lefty, that throws with his left hand. The ball looks so funny coming out of his hand, that could just be because he cant throw though, IDK. Anyways, has there ever been a good one in the NFL?

I always loved the play of Jim Zorn, Boomer Esiason and Kenny Stabler. They are all lefties.
Michael Vick had this one in the bag until he showed true character.

Ken Stabler, long time QB of the Oakland Raiders back in the 70's. He was known as "The Snake", and has a very high passer rating. Won the Super Bowl in 1977. Here is his personal website

I believe that if there can be anNFL kicker without a foot there can be left-handed quarterbacks. Really, just because it looks awkward, if you think about it there's no big disadvantage
