No, I don't. Most people (even friends, family, and significant others) do something at some point that will need forgiving, and if it is something that I can survive with, I do. Most people aren't out to hurt people, it just happens sometimes. And when I slip up (tell a secret, or forgot to do something I said I would) I hope people will do the same for me.

Why on earth would I do that? I'm not sure even God keeps records.
I certainly remember the many favors I have received....Of that I do take note; But the disappointments? Nope..... I just smile, bless them and move on to the sunlight.
