Hi,
I know this kind of technical question is better posted on their website/forum, but that is not running so well, so I try my luck here (Stepnote 12" ST5340T).
In the BIOS booting sequence menu, there is an option of "nVidia" something, something followed by cd-rom and SATA harddrive. The only hardware associated with nVidia is my graphics, why can it used to boot up the ssytem, and can I upgrade the BIOS to enable booting from USB devices?? thank you!

Your computer won't really boot from your Graphics Card, if you assign it to boot first it will just be the first device the computer turns on. Many newer motherboards can be set up to boot up from USB you just have to select it in your boot order, if your bios doesn't have this option chances are its not able too.
