Thanksgiving is really a holiday celebrating the seed of revolution that seperated the British Crown from it's colonies. It really is not for celebrating if you are British. There are many Americans who celebrate Thanksgiving Day ,while they are in London. It is truly an American Holiday that has not become part of the global American cultural influence.

Is Thanksgiving Celebrated In England

Since that is comenrateing the American Indians helping the white people from Europe to stay alive that first year in the new land.
ONce they got a foot hold they gave them small pox, killed their main food supply the buffalo. That also has housing and clothes. Then they set about exterminateing them to take their land.
So I doubt it very much in the American Indians celebrate Thanksgiving.

In England - nothing at all. As these are American holidays relating to your history they have no meaning in England. In the same way I doubt American's do much on Guy Fawkes Night (November 5th)

I go to this youth club thing though, and we're having an American night on thanksgiving, just to show our respect.
