we need de-criminalise, de-bureaucratise, de-colonial hang overs. we need to improve criminal justice delivery system. Administrative reforms are needed urgently. i believe recommendations by some committee are gathering dust. we do not expect Bureaucrats to get the job done at a fast pace. my request to SC of NRI ( sorry India ) to be seen proactive much as it proactive to :
a) Sealing of shops in residential complexex in Delhi.
b) Pollution in Delhi
c) Anti - OBC quota agitation by AIIMs

administrative reforms is the answer for almost all ills in the indian society.we rather than doing politician -bashing must do out bit and the SC of NRI ( Sorry India ) to be proactive to make it happen. there are a large number of corrupt judges too but that does not mean we loose heart and let it remain as it is.

With the kind of political leadership we have, where criminals have upper hand in all walks of life, there is no hope of any administrative reforms in the near future. The leaders would like to have the present situation continue so that they can enjoy the power. A thorough overhauling is required for which the younger generation should lead the country and all the senile politicians- a spent force - should retire and hand over the reins of admn to the younger generation.

First, the politics should be cleaned and the existing goondas and uneducated should be evacuated. This is impossible in our country since most of the population is uneducated and live in backwardness. Unethical bueuracrats, goonda politicians, corrupt justice, you name it we have it. Anybody can run India or any state, for that matter. If you look back who ruled and how India still forges ahead, it is not because of any specific politicians. We don't need Sonia or Manmohan or Vajpayee or any other person. Anybody can run India.
