But I bet they have their share of troubles too like any other marriage would have. Don't think that Prince Phillip is always happy to have to step one step behind the Queen on official business. However, I wish the Queen well and I will sent them a wedding anniversary card.

Any card I send is likely to be lost in the deluge which is likely to descend on the Palace from around the world. However, sixty years of marriage is a remarkable milestone for anyone, and I certainly add my congratulations to them, whoever and whatever they are. BTW one gets a lesser sentence for murder!

LOL I did not know pooh! lol well it is nice for her to have this 60th year on the Throne and we do not mean the Porcelain One. That is right because I saw her when I was 5 years old on the TV getting coronated to be Queen. I remember it vividly. ((Brendan)) hope you get your invite now. LOL

Dennis: Listen. Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony!
King Arthur: Be quiet!
Dennis: You can't expect to wield supreme power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!
King Arthur: Shut up!
Dennis: I mean, if I went 'round saying I was an emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!
