Yes! We seem to be separate because we think in different ways at different things at different time and that's in our singular mind. Although, we are one, as the cosmos is one, and can't be otherwise, all parts hold all parts together! For example; we see the ocean as one, but we can look at it in another way and see that all the drops of water become a mass of water. This is physical. In the spiritual awareness, there's only one awareness. Mentally we don't have the ability to be one, we tend to live in our own circle, separate, discriminate, and divide. If we were one, it would be bliss, purity, peace.

i would say not all, our minds are so varied and different, yes i think there is a part of our spirits that are the same, maybe a very small part
the like-minded ones yes could gather together, in mutual communion
its like having a family with 12 children, there are bound to be some genetic similarities, yet each individual is different, though any 2 may be very similar, with similar thoughts

according to George Berkeley,
every individual human, has his/her own mind,,
and thats why they exist individually, no one need to be percieved to exist,,
unlike say apple, if no one percieves an apple, it doesn't exist(according to berkeley),,
even "time",,it doesn't exist,,if every individual mind doesn't think of "time",,for example if all ppl in the world didn't think of time, it doesn't exist,,
but it does, so someone or the other is thinking of time,,to think of time one needs 'mind',,,thats why everyone's mind can't be made together,(becoz if this one mind bymistakely doesn't think of time, time wont exist, which is against the law of nature),,
i tried my best to express my viewpoint,,
hope i was clear,,
