Yeah loads of times. Not everybody has all day to just stand in a queue. The staff often don't realise that. And often you find that the express queue has the biggest line of people! Sometimes it's quicker to go over to the Q and stand behind the family with two full trolleys! Lol

yes, a lot of times and yes too, i regret not being able to buy what i want. I don't know why the management of some malls doesn't realise that they are losing customer because of this proble. They ussually attend to the problem when its all over.

No, but I have wanted too. Not because of the number of people in line but because the cashier was so slow.
