I'm the boss of my own company and most of the time, its a pain in the head. Bosses have to absorb all risks and not allowed to be emotionally driven.

In business, I look at both risk and returns. The cliche of high risks equal to higher returns are true and I rank myself as a medium risk taker.

I run both innovative business and I also run a normal business as my cash cow.

Both. I manage a few people but have people who manage me and I work hard. I am happy with the line-management responsbility I have but wouldn't want to be the top boss - prefer to get on with my work and not get bogged down with the nitty gritty of people management.
