Yes, I think he cheated and knowingly did so. But why is every other question on here asking if he's guilty? Forget him,thats why they have attourneys to find out who did what. The same goes for Michael Vick ..

Because he is a liar and a cheater and he tainted one of baseballs most cherished records. So people will never "get over" Barry the Cheat.

I could care less but the federal government is trying to make an example of people who lie to the grand jury he will go to jail but if he does any more time than Martha Stewert then its not right I say he gets a year tops maybe even 6 in 6 on house arrest.If he just admitted to taking the stuff he would have been a lot better off,no federal jail time probably just would have gotten a fine and suspension from MLB and maybe a note next to his records which nobody but people from san fran give him credit for anyway.

He lied and cheated and possibly has his just desserts heading his way, but I wonder really how many players in the MLB -aren't- taking performing enhancing drugs. Putting this guy away isn't going to solve the problem.

If people would quit excusing his behavior - lying and cheating and being a jerk - people could get by maybe. I will never understand why people excuse his behavior. He is the most arrogant person I have ever seen.

I make no excuses for his behavior,i just question WHY HE IS SO VILIFIED,and yet others of the same ilk,ie giambi,palmero..ect are not, kind of a double standard,all because i believe, he broke the HR record so he should apologize for taking steroids and being SO GOOD,where the others are not.

there are 1211 more players in MLB,bonds is easily forgotten,and even more so when Arod passes him in lifetime home runs [244] from now.Bonds did this for himself and the good of the game,MLB,the fans,remember??
