I believe that "grammar" is just another word for sentence structure, the way we put words into a sentence to create meaning. Different languages have different structures, for example, in English adjectives come before nouns (a pretty house), but in many other languages the adjective follows the noun. This is just one example, there are many others.

some rules set by the purists,,,that go about boasting themselves, rules which are changed by some of the best and famous persons in the world, to show everything in this world can change,,,,and to stamp a fashion statement,.........
