For the work it would take to get a $400 loan, you could go out and EARN $400 ... and not be saddled with a loan.
Avoid payday loans, post-dated checks, and online scams ... just go out and earn the money.
Handyman work?
Housecleaning?
Yardwork?
Babysitting?
Or the other option ... yard sale.
Why would you play the credit game for a paltry $400?

I have never heard of banks lending that small of an amount. This seems like something a pay day loan company would do however. The rates are rather expensive. I read an article where many people borrow money this way and it becomes a very expensive habit. Another suggestion would be to see if you could pay whatever it is in installments. OR you could try getting a credit card from companies for people with bad credit such as Orchard Bank or Applied Card Bank. Applied Bank also offers loans too so you might want to contact them at the links below.

Following the 2008 economic turmoil. Underwriting guidelines have been transforming and they continue to make minor adjustments at all times. It really doesn't matter in case you have ideal credit or perhaps negative credit you can find options for virtually any circumstance currently. With that in mind its going to be difficult to respond your $400 personal issue.
My advice will be grab a quote through my previously mentioned place. You can notice different types of services as well as rates available for your own personal financial profile. Regardless of if its an unexpected emergency, trip, or for personal reasons; almost any scenario is considered. Regardless of the credit or current employment scenario. It is not possible to NEED a $400 loan. If $400 is enough, you don't NEED a loan.

Why go to bank for such a small amount? You will surely have at least a dozen friends. Instead of asking one of them to lend in full, ask 4 or 5 of them to help you with $100 or 80 each as soft loan to be repaid at your convenience. As this will not be a difficult help to accommodate, at least 50 to 75% of your request will click. Best of luck.
