i am luking at becoming an accountant and rly wanted to no wot it is like... if it was easy to get a job wen ud first qualified and also wot the pay is like....

It would depend on your educational background. Do you have a bachelors degree, or an MBA , or a masters in taxation? Are you a CPA? How were your grades? Do you have a law degree? How well do you interview? Can you write a good business letter?
