Online UPS for 30 systems?

I am trying to buy a Online UPS for 30 systems. Can some one please tell me what is the best option for this. My budget is only Rs. 1,00,000/-.

Back up time is 30 minutes and I don’t want too much noise.

I'd probably be looking at just buying 30 UPS's that will each last about 30 minutes (though you should probably ask whether you really need 30 min, it souldn't take that long to shut down any OS) and getting a bulk discount.

UPS's that can run 30 systems for 30 min tend to be very big and heavy so you'll probably end up having to pay for professional installation and might even need to get an electrician to wire it all up to the power points.
