They should ALL Be rounded up put on an island in the middle of nowhere and then a Atomic bomb should be dropped on them.

I think it's each and everyone to their own,
We get along just fine so long as they're not causing a nuisance in my area, being fair though the local group are actually quite polite kids they don't backchat or cause much trouble.
I live in a mostly elderly area most of my neighbours are retired couples so sometimes I find myself being like a neighbourhood "policeman" I guess you could say I've built a rapport with these kids so they kinda go elsewhere to do what they've gotta do.
Interesting question I'll be keeping a close eye on the replies,

Hate them.
They are:
Council
Housed
And
Violent
people that just think they can get away with anything, and they think the world revolves around them. But really it revolves around the normal, law-abiding people more than them, purely because we are better people that are good like that. Their ranges of clothing should be banned, like TN hats and dipsy hats should be banned for example.

I personally don't know any apart from the ones that hang out around the job centre, but I don't associate myself with them as we have nothing in common. Up here they are known as Scallies as well.

**answerer above, i dont think these are the kids the OP is talking about, we too have kids that hang around, as if you are fair enough with them, they are fair enough with you, i think is CHAVS in the literal sense they mean

HATE EM, HATE EM, HATE EM!! what with the tracksuits, slicked back hair and giant earrings they are the dumbest creatures on this planet. but then again they've probably killed most of their braincells with white lightening and weed.
