Kamran, I wish I could agree with you but they wouldn't want us to win in a million years.

Why would Scotland losing be a good result for England? I'm English but have no problems at all with Scotland qualifying. They have fought a brave campaign in a group where no one gave them any chance. (Unlike England).

I know some Scots (and Welsh) would rather see England lose than their own team win but you don't have to join them!

However in some ways I agree with those who want Russia to win. Lets face it, if we limp into the finals nothing will change they'll be massive hype we'll struggle in the group stage and exit early another huge disappointment.

PS who was the prat on the radio who said England struggle because they don't have the support like Scotland utter rubbish what a wanker. They struggle because the tactics stink and the players are over paid prima donas who would rather have their picture on the front of Hello magazine with the latest tart rather than on every newspaper with the European Cup. Over paid bottlers practically to a boy.

No it wouldnt because Russia have a game in hand on us, so if they win all there remaining games and England loose to russia and then draw with crotia, Russia will finish 2nd on 27 points and England will finish 3rd on 24 points. If we beat Russia we will qualify. Come on England!!

I agree. I hope they lose, they seem to be very bitter towards the English, and would never in a million years wish us luck!

No.

I''m english, and believe we should drop all faith in the football team, and go with rugby.

We expect football to win, they lose.

We expect rugby to lose, they go all the way to the finals, after beating one of the world's greatest tems.

To be honest i have no affection whatsoever for the current england team. With a few exceptions all i see is a team of over hyped and over paid sunday leaguers.

When you Drop Gareth Barry who played amazing last time for a fit Lampard who cannot play alongside Gerard, it shows you what type of manager we have in charge.
I HOPE WE DO NOT QUALIFY IT WILL WAKE SOME PEOPLE UP THEN!

as a team the scots have played well and deserve to go through, as supporters they have to be the most horrible bitter individuals i have had the misfortune to come across and would be bragging their alchy heads off should they qualify, forza italia.
