races don't give you the skills to become "great" leader. it depends on the person if s/he can handle the responsibility and if s/he is capable of doing things right. there had been many great leaders from different races. and how can a new race suddenly appear? Can you tell me which race is 100% pure today? Maybe aborgines but what else??

Yes. All races, including mine, have their strengths and weaknesses. The future belongs to mixed race children. That is the real reason America has been a leader for so long, Ethnic diversity and mixing. Breeding within ones own race is just one step up from in-breeding. I am not mixed race, nor is my child.

What do you mean by "great leaders"? Do you mean those who care more about the spiritual world as opposed to the material world...or perhaps a balance of the two? We should clarify a few things first.

The best leaders are those who work their way up the ranks. They start at the bottom and earn respect. They then know from first hand experience what its like to be one of the minions.
