Soap & Water. A quality chrome plating job shouldn't need a sealer or protectant. Just keep the wheels clean, and the chrome should be OK all by itself!

I use Simichrome Polish to get it shinny, but no sealer is really needed. Hose her down and Ride ride her hard.

Good old Mr. Sheen spray polish.
Wash off the worse of the dirt Spray on Mr sheen and wipe of the grime and caked on oil. then spray and buff in the normal manner. repeat regularly

I use Never Dull. It polishes, and has a protectant built in. Great on polished aluminum too.

Every time you wash it spray it with WD40 never fails and it also dries out your ignition I have a 15 year old bike and it's immaculate. The stuffs magic.
