I think there is an outside chance that he is innocent. Bare in mind, that he is being accused of perjury. They have to prove that he knew he was taking steroids and lied about it. It's very tough to get inside someone else's head to show intent.

Do I think Barry Bonds is guilty? " YES I DO "
But with a trial held in California anything could happen .
It seems like anybody out there with a little fame and money can get away with murder .
So getting away with being a lying , cheating @sshole should be a piece of cake in la la land but I hope not .
Hank Aaron is the true home run king .

Let the judicial system run it's course. The Grand Jury feels that they have enough evidence to proceed with an indictment. That's usually a pretty good indication of a smoking gun.
We'll just have to watch and listen. According to the legal experts on ESPN, a hearing and trial shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks once it starts. We'll see.

What any of us think and what the Feds will be able to prove are two different things. The conviction of Bonds, on any of the counts, could prove to be a very difficult undertaking.

Only after trial can he be "guilty."
But I think there's reason to believe that he did take steroids and know he did it.

Yes, he knowingly used steroids and then worse...lied about it to federal prosecutors.
He is going to jail and will NEVER be in the hall of fame.
