Cheap Apple Mac is an oxymoron. Try E-Bay.

To make sure you're getting a quality computer, try the refurbished Macs on the Apple store. Google it, but make sure you go to the Apple store. The computers have been inspected and approved by the Apple techs, but they're marked down. And no... "cheap" doesn't go with "Mac". "Cheap" goes with a Dell that has some duct tape to hold its screen to the keyboard.

Try ebay.com or somewhere similar.
For new Macs, Apple has education pricing if you're a student, or you could wait until Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving, I think) as there's usually some price cuts on that day.
Or wait until a sales-tax-free day in your state (if you're US).
That's really the only options for cheap Macs, as Apple doesn't really compete in the cheap, low end.
