Tell your parents you need to use their Internet screen-name because the parental block is stopping you from accessing a website you need to use for homework (or something). While you're on their screen-name just access parental control settings and change them.
You need to make sure you use the screen-name that has master control over all the others.

Well it's all to do with age and responsibility. There are lots of pretty nasty so called porn web sites out there. I notice you didn't quite mention how old you were but I'm sure your parents are protecting you and have your best interests at heart.
