If it's the outer skin, then it's caused by abrasion due to too much masturbation or not enough lube. But if the blood comes from the urethra then there's an internal problem which could be an STD. Consult a doctor

No it does not and if you did i would be concerned. Did you have enough lubrication to protect both of you? Did you do something that might have been abrasive or rough? Where did it bleed from inside or the outside? i know you will find the real answer once you evaluate what it is that caused the bleeding.

A penis doesn't bleed normally. But if you circumcised A while ago the stiches could be the couse. Otherwise I can't recall an unimportant couse. So go see an urologist. I hope it not serious but be warned.

It shouldn't be bleeding. A light skin abrasion if it's too dry could cause a little bit of bleeding, I guess.

is the blood on your penis from you or your gf? maybe you wrecked her to hard and she is bleeding .
but i am uncut and i have had a small amount of blood on my penis but i know what happened lack of lube and a dry well caused fricton burns.
let me tell ya it was well worth it

No, its definetly not supposed to, a girl might if its like her first time and you"pop her cherry", but guys aren't supposed to, if that happened to you then I would go see a doctor, cause it might by something bad, okay, hope this helps
