3 linconshire style sausages ( grilled ), 1 fried egg, a hand full of fried,chestnut mushrooms, a fried fresh tomato, baked beans, with a squirt of HP fruity brown sauce, 2 slices of fresh crusty bread and Olive spread, and 2 mugs of tea....
oh and 6 jaffa cakes.

I had fresh brook trout that I caught the last day of trout season, baked in the oven in a cast iron skillet, thin sliced taters with the skin on and I made some homemade biskets, and 2 eggs over easy.Ask me, that's the best breakfast there is!

Although I wish I had some crunchy nut cereal, I reluctantly had a can of coca cola classic.

I had ermm peanut butter on toast, and a cerial bar and then approximately 5 minutes later I had some carrot and corriander soup (properly I did awaken at 12.00 so I had to have breakfast and lunch)

I ate Sultana bran and drank milo.
i had to wake early becuase my workplace is far away. Sometimes i eat breakfast while wearing my underwear and then i go and get dressed. lol
