My friend (29) just got married and after some months will carry an erection for more than 24hrs. Also, what connection does it have with excess white blood cells in the body?

Your "friend" is a freak and obviously taking some sort of medicine.
If my husband had an erection that lasted over 24 hours, I think I'd shoot him....

It has nothing to do with excess white cells in the body.
Excess white cells means your body is fighting an infection.
An erection lasting over 24 hours has to do with some broken negative feedback loop. I think it's calcium or something...damn I forget exactly how erections work on a chemical basis. Never thought it would have came in handy knowing how viagra works.
But despite what the metabolite is, an erection lasting over 24 hours is pretty gay.
I suggest your friend either stop masturbating without release for 24 hours straight, or to stop taking whatever drugs he swears he's not taking.
Maybe he's got his viagra mixed up with his flintstones chewable vitamines
Or maybe his wife is poisoning him
Or maybe you're poisoning him.

An erection lasting more than 4 hours is called priapism. It is caused by several medical disorders including sickle-cell anemia. This condition develops when blood becomes trapped in the penis and does not drain. It can be caused by misuse of medication, cocaine or marijuana use. Seek medical help immediately as it causes scarring and sexual dysfunction.

tell him to see a friggin doctor before his penis explodes!!! they say anything longer than 4 hours could e very bad... dont ask severe questions like this on here, this is the kind of thing you need to take straight away to a doctor....
