Most Oil Reserves are below the bottom of the seas/oceans.80% of the surface of the Globe is covered by water.
So far we have explored some offshore oil reserves. That part is very small.Major part is deep under the bottom of the oceans.
Our Technology of today does not allow us to explore so deep down there. In future , I am sure, deep water-bottom of the deep sea and ocean will be explored and the world will not starve of shortage of oil.
