The course of action , which , if taken , would harm , hurt or endanger somebody else , would qualify as ' Wrong , ' while the opposite would be ' Right . '

Looks simple, but when I began thinking, I found it complex!!

Right and wrong are really decided by each individual according to the values one subscribes to. If something aligns well with the values, it is right and whatever crosses swords with the values held by the person is wrong for that person. Some universal rights and wrongs do however arise, because there indeed are some universal values such as protecting our own life, loving our own children etc. etc.

This is really dependant on the perspective of it.

Some poeple think what they perceive as right is then also right, although not knowing all the facts, and what they perceive as wrong is wrong, although they also do not know the facts. But as they think so in their head, it is simple so. So for some people this is a simple thing. -:)

On another perspective right is what is in God's Will and wrong is what is opposed to God's Will.

Another perspective would say right is what protects the balance in nature and wrong is what misregards the balance in nature.

But we could go on and on with this.

I would say that right is following a set of rules and not going wayward off those rules and not offending or hurting others. Wrong is having your own way which not only stray from the set of rules but also offend, irritates, or hurt.
