Yes I'm very lucky. He changes diapers (we say nappy's here in Australia) baths them and helps around the house as well as working night shift (sometimes 6 days a week)

Any husband who has not learned anything about raising or caring for their own babies have no business being fathers. Most fathers out there who say changing a diaper is so difficult is stupid and more than likely just plain lazy. It doesn't take a genious to know how tochange diapers, prepare formula and do anything related to caring for a baby.
I have raised many a baby (nephews and nieces) and am very proud of it. Soon I shall have my own and my wife and I are just as excited to have our baby soon.

My husband was wonderful with our children! He changed diapers and got up in the middle of the night to give me the baby so I could breastfeed him.
My husband's reward? My children look to him and cry for him when they need help. Am I jealous? No. My husband made a special effort to get involved from the onset, and I'm very happy that he has a special bond with our children....a bond that was truly earned.

For the couple of months he was on paternity leave, he was the diaper expert.
He's back at work now, but he still does a great many. He's always been the diaper-changer in public places; I dread having to do one in a public bathroom, but he does it without bother.
Does a nice job, too!
I knew he was head-over-heels in love with our daughter when I caught him, a few days after she was born, _freshening his breath_ before bending over her for a diaper change. I am not making that up.
I think it's very important that Daddies do diapers, or else what sort of Daddies are they? Real bonding with babies comes from the meat-and-potatoes baby care like diaper changes and cuddling out the cries, not from a fifteen-minute cuddle with a newly changed, newly bathed, etcetera, happy baby. You need to get your hands dirty to really get to know your baby.

I change my babies diapers and feed him and raise him while I operate my brokerage from home and mommy has to work from 1-5 in the afternoons ... I am sad about it because when she goes to pick him up he is always looking at me instead of her .......
I refused to change his diapers during the first week because my in Laws were down and I knew they would find something to complain about me on so I figured that would be a good thing to let my mother in law complain about and feel important so that they didn't focus on something hurtfull that would cause bad feelings for life ......

In response to Mumof4chn mothers only do it when they have to as well. It is just a question of the 'have to'.
I change my fair share when I am home including at least five today (two of which were dirty ones).
Just for the record, Mumof4chn was sleeping while I changed most of these so I suppose it could have been 'only because I had to'.
My advice is don't let the sod get away with it - I can't :)

Yep, he shares all duties equally. Only exception is with our son because I breastfeed him, but I try to pump milk 2 or 3 times a week so he can feed him also. But my husband likes to give me breaks so he gets extra play time or just sits and rocks with the baby. Diaper changes are equal duties with both kids.

my husband changed heaps of nappies for our kids. Its never been much of an issue because I put my foot down in the beginning. He'll do his share with the next baby too don't you worry!!
My best friends husband has changed 6 pooey nappies in 2 years! She and he claim that he throws up if he does it! The only time he has done it is when she wasn't there to do it herself. I gave him the biggest serve one day when he started boasting about the pooey nappy he'd changed! He didn't bother talking about it after that!!
She is preggers with the second baby now and he has organised for his mum to help with the first child so he doesn't have to change pooey nappies for a week while she is in hospital with baby. (she's having a c-section)
He reckons it makes him physically ill and can't stomach it.
such a load of bull*hit!!
