do you look to see if they have a phone or a watch......if they do , do you find it weird.....have you realized guys do that very often? why do they do that?
i mean they don't even try to hide their watch or phone, you know...does that bother you?

He's looking for an excuse to talk to you he thinks you are nice looking and wants to see how friendly you are. That's why you notice more guys asking. You must be nice looking.
If you think he is cute start talking to him about something other than time.

I don't wear a watch or have a phone and rarely know what time it is myself, of course I don't care either +/- an hour is good enough for me. So they would be out of luck, I could show them how to make a sundial and wait till the next day to get the time...

They definetly do not bother me. I just tell them the time and set my pet dragon on them, that's all, no stress, no panic. Life is short, why spend it worrying over such small and silly details???

lol.. May be their watch is not working.. it happened to me once.. I was wearing watch but still kept on asking others what the time is.. ppl looked at me weirdly..lol

I am always tell someone a exact time if someone ask me for knowing the time.
