I'm a big fan of love and all, but I can't stand going to weddings at all.

No I do not. Especially the really religious ceremonies. They are so very boring. But its at least a sure fire way to get to go to the party afterwards. Kegs, and bottles of liquor, Oh my!

Yes,I do love weddings, in fact if there's a wedding show in the TV I'm happy to watch it & enjoy looking at the bride's gown or the brides'maids dresses & the rest. But going to wedding is a different story ,that's if I am always invited but rarely so I just focus on the tv to get the maximum fuss about what's going on there even in the reception.Of course during my own wedding I was so nervous that after looking at the photos I am pleased about the outcome. If somebody's wedding its just good to watch & look what's going on.On my own wedding all the stress & fun are mixed up that you only realize that it's worth having one to have a souvenir for the rest of your life together.

Weddings are fun, especially when they have the disposable cameras on the table for you to take pictures of the happy couple and the crazy people drinking and wanting attention. You can make other people happy just by attending, if they asked you. You really can't suffer too much by attending. You just might enjoy yourself. What if everybody felt the same way you do at your wedding? It would be a long, lonely night.

I gag at weddings !

It's painful to see odd people, dressed in chiffon and polyester , exchanging soggy promises of love and devotion "till death do them part"......when you know that they couldn't afford the wedding, the crap -catered food will suck and the happy couple will most likely be divorced within 3-5 years.

jeez!
the pictures always turn out to be horrible!!!!

plus you know, there are always those couples who drive a long way, get lost then when they manage to make it to the wedding they become so cross at each other and complain about their trip the entire time.

any family unions get on my nerves actually.
