I don't use sheets, I have a paper roll like at the doctors office and I change it every time.

I change mine every 2 days. I blame the OCD lmao...Well that & I LOVE the feeling of just getting out the shower all clean into a nice clean bed..Even tho I make alot more work for myself by pretty much always having sheets in the machine washing.

Just did it Tonight. Once a week since I saw a TV special on the Dust mites that live in your linens and clothes. It is like a war of insects that you cannot see with the naked eye enough to make you sick.
