Causes getting hemorrhoids: pregnancy-pushing, BM-pushing, stress & not eating enough roughage or drinking enough water. I would try changing your diet, eat more roughage & drink more water & avoid pushing & give it some time & see what happens. You can always choose surgery but it nice to have other options.

The only way to truely get rid of hemmoroids is thru surgery. To help in the short term, use tucks medicated pads with preparation H on them, put pad in place and leave there for 1/2 hour. Hope that helps.

i have heard of a home remedy, i dont have hemorrhoids so i cant really say if it works, but coal oil, fuel oil on a pad is said to make them go away, do not use near flames. and use at your own risk !

don't push when you go, just relax and if you can't go, give up and wait til it later it will come on it's own when it's time, pushing is the #1 cause of reinjury, and try tucks after it already is too late

go to the doctor. please. this could turn into something serious if you don't. in this day there are many options other than surgery. your health care provider should have a great prescription.
there is no need for you to be having so much discomfort\

Ask your GP for a referral to a specialist, who will either lance it or remove it. Either way it will be gone and your issue overwith.
Good luck
