OH MY GOD ARE YOU AN IDIOT?>

Short...short...short ...very short sights.....

Rahul has the best record as a captain in ODIs than even Ganguly. Go and check the records. Ganguly became famous only after that world-cup stint and for baring his chest after Natwest win which was due to Dravid, Yuvraj and Kaif.

Dhoni hasn't proved as a captain. He lost to Australia in India. He marginally won against Pakistan with 3-2 without Inzamam, Asif and with Akthar in bad form on "Indian" grounds.

When Dravid took over, He won against Pakistan with huge margin (6-1) in "Pakistan". He won series against Srilanka, England, Pakistan and drew with South Africa. Remember that record run-chase victories?.

We all forgot. Just because Dhoni won T20, everyone says he as a great captain.

When Dravid sent Dhoni, Pathan at No.3 and when they scored everyone said Dravid was a good captain. Once Dhoni and Pathan started faltering, they said too much of experimentation. Dhoni gave last over to Srisanth and that inexperienced bowler. It was mere luck that the clicked. Now Dhoni is called an aggressive captain. Had they failed, everyone would be bashing him.

Take my words. After few foreign tours he will be bashed just like Dravid. We started losing after our tour in WI and SA. When did we win outside Indian subcontinent anyway?. Even under Ganguly, it was a total failure. Look at 2002 worldcup and against what countries we played. Our true potential was unleashed by Australia in the final anyway.

Dravid has been the 'professional' captain India has so far. Ofcourse, we cna't understand the meaning of 'professionalism' anyway. Just to make it little clear, look at the way he behaved when Dhoni experimented with his batting positions against Australia. He didn't utter a single word. If it were Ganguly or Tendulkar, definitely they would hav e given media statements bashign the captain.

Even after being sacked from the team for no 'fault' of him, he still scored 40,200+,100+. Still he doesn't talk about the injustice done to him.

He doesn't give importance to 'false prestiges'. He gives importance to the team. He takes the blame if India loses. He praises the team if India wins. Not only cricketers, the whole India has to learn a lot from him.

no not in a long run. Dhoni is good , but not that good enough to take all sort of tensions, which rahul has faced the maturity
of mind counts.so Rahul is more better choice. but not for
T20

Under Dhoni's captaincy, India won Twenty20 world & 2 ODIs against Aussies, 3 ODIs against Pakis.... & i like his trademark quote--"me & my boys doesn't take the pressure "

Rahul on the other hand did OK...but he was not an aggressive captain...thats why India was knocked out of the first round of the World Cup in Windies...

I dont think there is any comparison.
Dravid was not a good captain at all. He is the luckiest captain to get such records. But literally we didnt see any leadership on ground from him.
Dhoni is much better and very soon become one of te good captains of India

Yes I think Bcoz The thinktank of the Indian has been changed Dhoni does not put pressure on anybody neither He take the pressure,He is very coolminded person, And the most important think is that The Vc is Our Yuvraj! Who is very Hot n Our dhoni is Cool so it matches

while Dhoni has done well as a captain till now, it will be too early to predict whether he will be better than Dravid as he has just started his carreer as Captain and one will have to wait and see how he will perform as a captain in future against tough opponents.

dhoni is better captain for the simple reason he is not governed by coalition governing board which clutter the mind of captain ,
If u appoint a bowlers board, batsman board, fielding board, an apex board to advise and guide dhoni then u see his performance
