..if I file a lawsuit because I'm getting frustrated getting disconnected again and again on messenger and restrained from logging in to Yahoo Answers?

Or yahoo will just shut me up and delete my account? What do you think?

No, you wouldn't win against Yahoo. C'mon 'girl, they're giving us a free service here. Let us not forget that using Yahoo is not a right, it's a privilege that they have granted to us, that they can take away at any time. Other people talk about rights but in reality we have none.

I don't think they are intentionally disconnecting you or restraining you from logging in. I also believe they can just as well delete your account for any reason.

At the same time I understand your constant frustration, for I've been disconnected a few times myself. I know the feeling. Luckily for me, that problem hasn't occurred at the wrong time. If I were disconnected at a critical point, say when I'm doing homework, I would really go berserk let me tell you.

What is the reason for restraining you from logging in to Yahoo Answers and getting disconnected time and again on messenger? Perhaps a lawsuit is not advisable until and unless their action does damage to your person. I believe it is their prerogative to do that. We have an account, yes, but we are not paying them for having an account. It's for free.

exciting tale. lamentably, he's merely between the various unknown heroes we've. The saddest area is that his physique wasn't even recovered. Btw, what made you think of we worship the eastern? There are eastern businesses working in the PH and Filipinos working in Japan, yet that dark area of history will consistently be remembered. Japan discovered its lesson the complicated way. could they be perpetually opposed against individuals for that? i assume no longer. comparable with us. the only distinction between Japan and the Philippines is they controlled to alter right into a superpower after the international grew to become their returned against them, on an identical time as our united states of america, nicely, we are nonetheless a 0.33 international united states of america. that would desire to furnish us desire even with the shown fact that that if basically we will study to stand on our very own, artwork complicated as a substitute of being based, and help ourselves as a substitute of merely criticizing each and every thing around us, there is in all likelihood a guess for actual progression.

You couldn't sue, dear. In their liscense and end user agreement (see terms and conditions) you'll find that when you agree to the terms (and you did, or you couldn't use anything) you acknowledge there is *no* guarantee of availability, loss of information, services , or accessibility at any given time. Translation: You agreed it's okay should anything they have for use goes wrong, your end or their own. They just make the service available with no promises, and you agreed to use it knowing that. So all in all, you are stuck. Don't feel bad though, I have issues too with messenger and other things. I live in the US too, so it's not just there. Odd note - try deleting you cookies and checking to see if you have a firewall or antivirus that hates Yahoo's stuff. That's what my issue was, and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Hope it helps!

Hmmmm... I see that Ms. Felicity is quoting me here. So, I can no longer use that ram and dam line.

Once there was this silly old ant, thought he'd move
a rubber tree plant....

How about that one?

But in every rule, there is an exception. If you probably hire Aref H4 as your counsel, either we end up with multi-million dollar award, or we both end up in jail. So, ready to be called "Kosa"??

---- "Kosa" is what inmates call each other in Phil. jails.

No you are alowed to do that and yahoo can under no circumstances delete your account

As what Aref H4 has mentioned to me before... it's just like a ram trying to break a dam. You only have one head, and if you ram a wall as solid as Yahoo Administration with your head, it will sure to crack your skull. <*-*>
