Yes, we have the "right" to be happy. It's a choice, if we choose to be happy then u can be happy. But if everyone chose to wallow in self pity and misery then no one would be happy or at least remotely so. Being happy isnt some job or idea it's something u decide for urself, and no one can choose it for u....

Yes, we do......and WE are the only ones capable of making ourselves happy. In saying that I don't imply that another can't make us happy, I imply that we are able to identify the attributes another has that make us Happy and then find them in that person and unite as one!
We were meant to be happy. Being happy has a lot to do with what you project about your life. Maslows theory..."The Self Fulfilling Prophecy" - what you believe will be, in other words positive thinking. I believe this and live by it, and I would have to consider myself just about one of the happiest people I know. Happiness is always available. It's free.

Yes we surely do. But one can not expect it to be "delivered" to your door via Parcel Post either. Being happy is not just simply a "right". It is not going to just "rain right out of the sky" because it does not work that way.
Your own "happiness" is very much a part of your very own choices.
One can "choose" to be happy by whatever criteria you select.
If you are not happy. Then you need a new plan.
