No, McLaren's appeal has been thrown out. Kimi is officially the 2007 World Champion and that is justice. Anyway, Lewis has said that he doesn't think it's right if Kimi's title is taken away because that would be cruel.

Unfortunately Lewis Hamilton and McLaren were not given the title after yet another scandalous pro-Ferrari, anti-McLaren decision by the Fia! I hope Lewis Hamilton and McLaren will trash everybody especially Ferrari next year and win the title we so richly deserve especially after the blatant dishonesty of Ferrari always there but especially this year and the shining honesty and nobility of Lewis Hamilton and McLaren.
