This hotel would be small and of the 'boutique' type, the cost of the property would be 3,000,000 euros, restoration about 5,000,000 euros. It should probably have a 'ladies' floor. It should be de-luxe.

It is on Patission at number 50.

Great, but what are you asking? If you are interested in the conservation project, I am a specialised architect in the field of restoration of old buildings. I can either undertake it or recommend a very experienced and excellent office with many prominent projects in Athens, that I often work with. Email me if you need such info. (cpinatsi@yahoo.com)

Aurora, what I understand by ladies floor is a floor with rooms directed to female decoration, entertainment, etc., I've seen it in some new hotels. And why would his plans be high in the sky etc.? To me it sounds like a good investment, I've seen the building actually.

And your question was??? By ladies floor do you mean what most of us believe W....e floor? No chance! If you have that kind of money, forget your crazy plans and give at least some of your money to pour children, who starve and might not even have a meal in several days!

I think your plans are "HIGH" in the sky of diamonds!!!
