When you use IE7 for multiple websites at once, the chances are you're using tabs instead of having lots of windows open. This means that you have a line of websites across the one window on a bar called the "tab bar". When you have more than one tab open at once, whichever tab is "active" (ie the one you are looking at at any given time) will have an "x". Clicking this "x", the one in the line of websites instead of the big red one that closes the whole window, should close just that one website. Hope that helps!

the priority is IE7. It reasons some particularly unusual issues to ensue. the main suitable ingredient i can propose is to uninstall IE7 on each and all of the computers. once you are trying this, that is going to revert returned to IE6 and the freeze-up will end. Uninstall by potential of clicking on start up, Settings, administration Panel, upload/get rid of classes and the teach updates field on the authentic. while the checklist a lot, discover cyber web Explorer 7 and click to get rid of it. After removing, close the administration panel and restart the pc.

There are three ways, depending on which tab(s) you want to close...
(If you want to leave two or more open, repeat #1 and/or #2 as necessary. If you want to leave just one open, see #3, below.)
1. If you want to close one (active or inactive) tab, right-click on the one you want to close, & choose "Close".
2. If you want to close the active tab, click the X on it.
3. If you want to close all tabs except one, right-click on the one you want to keep open, & choose "Close Other Tabs".

Click on the tab you want to close, and an X will appear. Clicking that X will close only that tab.
