Boston. Not only does the record reflects it right now, but to my opinion Boston's players has been stepping up and out hustling more than Denver.

i'm going to go out of the box and say the Denver Nuggets. their "Big 3" consists of Allen Iverson, Carmelo Anthony, and Marcus Camby. Iverson has been playing great, both scoring and dishing out assists. he is great at controlling the tempo of the game at the point guard spot, and the up tempo style of the Nuggets plays well to his strengths. he would be compared to Ray Allen, except Ray is solely a scorer these days, whereas Iverson can find the open man off the dribble and create open shots for his teammates. he also plays passing lanes for steals very well.

Carmelo Anthony plays the scorer role. he can score in every which way, and when his mind and heart are in the game, he's almost unstoppable. almost. but he's every bit the player Paul Pierce is.

Camby is the big defender inside, blocking shots and grabbing rebounds. he can also score a bit, but not really as good as Garnett at every facet of the game. he rebounds about as well, defends as well or better, but he just cant play the offensive side of the ball quite as well as Garnett.

big 3 aside, the Celtics have Eddie House, and the rest of the guys are pretty much tagging along for the ride. the Nuggets are much deeper, with Kenyon Martin getting healthy, Nene producing, and JR Smith improving each year. when the Nuggets have it rolling, they're a tough team to beat because they have so many weapons. i also think Denver's depth at the PF/C position is much better, and it helps them produce some good defense around the rim.

so all things considered, i think Denver has the better team. not to say that the Celtics are bad by any means, and there's no denying their undefeated record including a beatdown of the Nuggets, but talent and depth-wise, i like them better.

How you picked these 2 to compare I'm not sure.... but the answer is Boston. They bought themselves a very good team.
