Depo injec n other 8week injection?

hello

Im currently on the depo injection, im due my text on tuesday but am going to denmark in 8weeks.....so i was wondering is it possible to have the other injection which last 8weeks and then have the depo again just before I go......or is it different medication and will mess up my body !?!

Based on what I've heard some of my friends who have done Depo-Provera say sometimes you can get the shot a bit earlier than scheduled but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
