First stop the bleeding with compression or Vasoline if you are going to get back in the fight. Second Put ice on it to reduce swelling. That's about all you "need." Depending on where it's broken (if there is any cartalige exposed or you have trouble breathing after the swelling has gone down) you should visit an ENT. Also if you are concerned about your apperance then a simple surgery could correct the damage.
I'v had my nose broken about 5 or 6 times. The last one I had to go see an ENT for. But really as long as you don't bleed to death wear it as a badge of honor!

forget all the story's about pinching it. keeping your head back.
try leaning forward and putting a cold compress on it. the cold helps to slow the blood flow and lets the blood congeal. don't blow it .pick it or stick anything up in you don't want to block it you wont die.

A ENT doctor ( ears, nose and throat. ) Ice for the swelling and pain relievers..

You have to break it back into place straight away otherwise see a docter. ICE, frozen peas, a cold pack anything cold but definitely see a docter.

please a docter aint nothing the only thing they can do is take xrays and probley put a bandage on it...just try not to mess like touch it and take some ibruprofen or sumthin thats what i did when i broke my nose
