What would an average monthly salary be for an assistant bar manager at a 5 star resort in Dubai? The package includes travel, private accomodations/utilities, meals. I am uncertain as to what my salary should be when considering this package into the deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bar manager is my hotel receives 5,000/- Dhs. plus housing + car allowance, yearly ticket and meals.
