Where are you based currently?
It's the most important thing if you need to brand something where u are not situated.

You can start your production in Srinagar, pack it there and then market it from wherever you wish. If you are somewhere nearer to Srinagar, then managing the production line will be easier. You need to set up an infrastructure there.
