Stuffing With Chicken Broth

Broth makes it taste better!! Water is insipid in cooking, broth seasons the stuffing and adds a bit more body to the consistency of the dish. Add it slowly and in small quantities so as to not over saturate it and get a pasty, salty consistency, especially if you're gonna be using one of those out of the box, pre-made stuffings like Stove top.

You could also try vegetable broth which would make a nice alternative. Or use either broth to semi-reconstitute some mixed dried fruit, and stuff the turkey with that. I find it adds nice flavor to the meat and is a tasty side dish of it's own.

Or beef broth or the packet that comes with Ramen noodles.
Personally, I prefer the chicken's soul instead of broth

yes i use half chicken broth and half water together. the chicken broth packs in a lot of flavor and the water helps the consistency not become to thick/dry. mmm good.
