Good idea! Goat's milk cheese is much easier to digest than cow's milk. Sell your cheeses (after you get the proper health department inspection) at the farmer's markets and you will make some serious money! Ask at a business school (MBA program) for someone to help you with marketing ideas.

In nz, I think it's a definite no because they prefer erm the other cheeses. But from sudan.... i guess it's exceptional

Sure, as long as the schools are in Sudan. We in America prefer our schools buy locally.

I think its too expensive.
Plus, kids don't want to eat goat cheese.
