Not usually - the psychopath telegraphs their moves. The ones you really gotta watch out for are the other ones... the sociopaths. :D

psychopaths make no attempts to hide their actions (mostly) as they cannot see that they act strangly and irrationally. Whereas sociopaths are a different thin entirely, they are the ones more likely to actually hurt someone through irrationality. If a psychopath is working without medication, treatment or someone helping them then there irrationality may become a problem but psychopaths will hurt themselves more often then others

Oh for a little bit of sanity in a crazy place, or, a little bit of crazy in a dull place. Sometimes it can be the grease for the cog, and other times the wrench in the works, most of the time, if they get a little attention they go away.
