The democrats held another debate in Las Vegas this week and they were asked a question about the borders from a misinformed Mexican man who stated " no Al Qaida is coming in threw the Mexican border " and stated this is why the US should relax there polices . Well the Democrats then talked about the drivers liscense issue and border security .

Not one mentioned the man was WRONG ! Because an Al Qaida opperative was cought sneaking into the US via the Mexican border and here's the link - http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/11/20/151654.shtml

My Question - Why didn't the Democrats say the man was wrong ? Are they less informed then me ? I just did a search !

Candidate Clinton is working when in the Senate on limiting Internet access & Talk Radio. It's really messing up her campaign.

For 20 + yrs our borders have been allowing millions thru. No one included the MS 13 gangs out of South America either. The most violent ones around. Perhaps from Venezuela. The truth? Why when changing the subject is so much more PC! And debates with a canned audience response like a sitcom? They are meant to be silent so America can make up their own minds. Not a Rally ! CNN really dropped the ball in my opinion. Thanks for the add'l heads up.

Well first and foremost they were in the public eye and they would never tell a questioner that they were wrong because the questions are scruntinized by a panel before they are submitted. If they told him he was wrong it would make the whole debate look bad and misinformed. Secondly that could be why they skirted around the issue. Thirdly you and I both know although we may not agree as to why......that both sides are NOT going to stop this immigration problem. Remember your blog about Children of Men, I think it's a lot like that. Mexico is in deep trouble and we might as well call them refugees instead of immigrants. Besides all of that how are you going to tell the difference between AlQaeda and Mexicans because they could all be one in the same. They could be white or black, pink or purple. The main focus is just to get these people ID'd so that they can be tracked. The government doesn't care about anything else.

Well, is the Washington Post just a LITTLE more believable?

Remember the story of the men arrested while planning to attack Fort Dix?
They came across the Mexican border, they were Islamic Extremists. Close enough for me...

LOL! Hey, you expected them to answer any questions? Let alone being accurate?
Truth is... there is NO way to make a definitive statement that "no terrorists have ever come across our Southern border" even if NONE were CAUGHT!
Completely moronic that no one even challenged him on THAT, isn't it? I mean... I did at home... but not one of the PRESIDENTIAL candidates could say:

"well, sir, it's not really accurate to say we know for certain that no terrorist has ever come across our southern border, since there are 20 million people here illegally by closest estimate and we obviously don't know who all of them are, so how can we know for sure none are terrorists?"

Because, the democrats lie. They flat out lie. They think that terrorism is a joke. I am a Dem. But I don't trust them. They don't have the same morals I do. Did you notice that the Governor of New York, all of a sudden is dropping the Driver's license Issue? You can bet that Hillary's cronies got a hold of him. And told him to drop it until and if the witch wins. That is what the Democrats stoop too. Now, the Republican's are not all angels either. Don't get me wrong. But there are three of the Rep. that I like. Look at Ted Kennedy. He is a murderer! How in the heck is he still a Senator? And Byrd. A ex Grand Wizard of the KKK. Isn't that just wonderful. And we are suppose to trust those scum. Then you have Nancy Pelosi. A brain dead ding bat. The Democrats are worthless, and they are out for themselves.

It really doesn't matter. The best informed and the best debater doesn't always win the election . We saw that in the 2004 Presidential debates.

No, they knew very well that the gentleman was wrong

BUT, it's the election season and they can't afford to risk losing the terrorist vote.
