Hmm...I would prefer outdoor but it depends on the conditions too! If outdoor, I would like to feel the soft breeze and watching the stars plus,near the sea oh you can enjoy the sound of the waves hit the beach..
If indoor,it could be good too! More private and comfortable. Plus,if the weather didn't come as we're plan it to be,like raining or storm or whatever, indoor the better!

It depends on the weather and the general environment. If it's not too hot or too cold or too windy, and if the place where the dinner takes place is private and relatively peaceful, etc, then outdoors would probably be more romantic (especially on a high rise balcony or near the beach/mountains). However, I can think of plenty of scenarios where indoors would be more romantic,especially if it were the quieter, cleaner and/or more private choice compared to outside.

Indoors if it was freezing outside like it is now. Becuase being on the ground shivering and vomiting from having your core temperature drop so low-- is not romantic in my book.
And outdoors if it was a nice night- with no chance of bugs trying to fly into our food.

Depends where you are outdoors.If you are by the beach or some place romantic definately outside or unless it's raining or something a big indoors lol.But If it's just like your back yard maybe indoors would be better :D

indoors...if you have dinner by candlelight outdoors, the wind might blow out the candles and then it won't be romantic at all...so ya, indoors.

Indoors. Outside is windy and can be cold. Bonfires are more romantic outside.

I think that if you can keep the pests at bay and it is nice weather, then definitely, outdoors would be better. Both are still good though.
