That's junior high kid. Sorry. People will soon get over it and go on to somebody else. It's not because of you, it is just because they are middle schoolers and that's what they do.

First, be sure you look good or at least normal physically.
Second, be sure you know the social rules of interaction. For example, the socially proper and socially improper ways to start and handle a conversation or to deliver jokes. If you don't know these well, you can learn it by constantly observing how people behave in social situations. Maybe you talk only of things which don't spark their interest. Maybe you act wierd without knowing it (it might not seem weird tor you and yet it might look weird to others. Be aware of how other people see you. Understand their wavelength).
Sure you have friends elsewhere, but I see that you have plenty of room for improvement when it comes to the social arena. Don't be confined to your old friends. Learn to make new friends and conquer the social world. You will find, as I found, that your world will get larger and more exciting.

I totally understand that. Some guys in my school I never talked to make fun of me behind my back. Junior High sucks.
They need someone to make fun of so they can feel better about themselves.
I just started hanging out with some people who were always alone and now i'm ok even though i wanna kill everyone in my class for making my life a living hell...lol
Are you absolutely positive EVERYONE is making fun of you? or just the majority? There is obviously someone who likes you! Go to the people who seem nice. Usually, the nicest guys are loners :)

Things are hard right now and what ever is said will not change the way you feel. This first thing you need to do, is join a smaller club at school like Student council, than join band...Include yourself in activities an someone is bound to see what a treasure you really are. Keep your head up.

Maybe you just need to give them a bit of time to get to know you better. Maybe they have a different view of who you are and so they tend to shun you away. If you let them see that you are trully a friendly and trustworthy person then they may think different of you.
Don't give up on trying to be friends with them, though. A little perseverance can get a long way.

Kid, i think, there's something wrong with you or your behavior. Try to give time for solitude. Try to examine yourself and reflect. By then, you would know why people in school dont like you. Remember that nobody knows ourselves except us.... k?
